After college, I worked for several banks having a total of 15 years in the industry. I started as a Bank Teller and got promoted to an Operations Officer. I was always assigned to a branch, that is why I am very comfortable dealing with Customers because I was on the frontline all the time. After my banking career, I got myself into a fashion accessory business, designing and making fashion accessories and selling them during bazaars. I d----------- to go back to the corporate world, and that's when I started working with a "BPO" set-up/industry." ----------- was my first job with this industry, and I was an Account Manager doing sales. Our clients were mostly from the U.S.A. After -----------, I joined Ibex Global (a BPO Company). I was assigned to work for ----------- (a Travel Account) doing Voice Sales for a year, then Chat Sales Support for approximately 4 years. Our clients were mostly from the United States. After which, I moved to ANZ Bank (Australia New Zealand Bank), and worked with them as a Fraud Analyst for 4 years. I was tasked to handle Debit and Credit Card Fraud, then eventually trained to handle Disputes as well. I am currently working from home as a Virtual Assistant for eShow. The company provides an event management suite for onsite, hybrid and digital events. I started as an eTech Support, got promoted to Service Desk, got promoted to Accounting Information Specialist, which is my current job title. I have been with the company for almost 4 years now. I am a person who loves to learn new things and would never make my age a hindrance to anything that I would like to do. Just teach me what to do and I know I can do it and become good at it in time. I always believe in the saying that "If there's a will, there's a way." Staying positive, focused, dedicated, honest, professional, and having an "I can do this" attitude has always been a part of me ever since I started working. I am a person who is very organized, keen on details, passionate and patient in helping others, open to feedback, and always thinks of challenges as a way to grow and become better. I do not have any issues with attendance as I always report at least 30 minutes before my shift.
