I am a Civil Engineer. I am more than 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor and 2 years as Cost Controller. As a Quantity Surveyor I learned different roles or processes which is essential in running and constructing a project such as awarding of work packages to contractors, evaluate proposals, process billing, process purchase request, change order to subcon and client, process billing, monitoring, estimates, and many more processes that molds me to become more professional. While in Cost Control my experience mostly is on Cost reports, monitor all the actual and committed cost, controls the approval of purchase requests, checks the balance of works of project, and maintains the budget of a project. But beside my experience I am also willing to learn new skills especially in freelancing.
