I am currently working as a customer service representative for almost 5 years now. I can say that with that span of 5 years, I was able to learn a lot, especially on how you handle customer queries. Assisting a customer is not that easy but I was able to develop and adopt the nature of this work. I experience a lot of different inquiries but with the help of systematic training and with passion for this work I can say that I can fulfill my customer needs. I am also a team player who wants to share, learn, and develop with others. I am a person who wants to absorb all the knowledge that can help me to fulfill all the tasks that will be assigned. In the past, I was able to learn and navigate different client tools to deliver a positive outcome for customers who have needs, whether through phone calls, chats, or emails. Analyzing data to check for errors and inaccuracies, Reviewing "potentially illegal" transactions, and Placing service requests is just one of my previous work experiences.
