My name is John and I have been working within the IT Industry for almost 14 Years. Started as a Tech Support for a Major Computer Manufacturer, went my way as an Internal support for a Global Pharmaceutical Company and now working in an MSP environment for 7 plus years.
I have acquired numerous skills and experience from troubleshooting problems to server management. I have a knack for Scripts and Programming which also made way for me to be part of an automation team while being in a Service Desk Level 3 Position.
I like to make things easier, make scripts and automate stuffs. I have created numerous scripts that helps me with reports and/or troubleshooting, often happening in Servers, Exchange and Azure.
I have also completed Microsoft Certifications which also allowed me to broaden my skills and put me where I am now. I am still planning to take on more when I have the time.
