Hi, I'm ----------- -----------, and I've been in the BPO industry for 5 years, three of which have been dedicated to Workforce Planning and Management (WFP&M). My experience in the field of WFP&M makes me proficient in Excel and Gsheets - using them on a day-to-day basis: creating dashboards, performing data analysis, and automating administrative tasks.
I'm also in the 4th year of my Entrepreneurship Degree and have a decent grasp of financial analysis and computation. I'm able to provide insights in various fields including marketing, advertising, business plan development, and financial management.
In addition to these skills, I also have decent writing experience. I undertake projects ranging from writing essays and scripts to crafting resumes for employment.
