I am experienced in communicating a lot to different types of people with my track at different companies as
a Customer Representative. With this I have developed a deep understanding of having a good
communication which I know is my biggest strength. Yet, as an IT graduate, I have also developed my multitasking skill and working with computer as I was exposed in different kind of innovative tools for
troubleshooting. As being a multi-tasker enables me to deliver a high-quality result of my outputs, even
thriving under pressure and committed in achieving success for both myself and my organization.
