I'm -----------, my previous job is working in a BPO industry. I worked there as an advocate who assisted member with there concern which I really love talking to them. As an advocate my job is to satisfy and resolve member's with the reason why they call, just like getting and check if there medicine is coverage under there insurance and also scheduling there rides going to there doctor's appointment. For almost 1 year I work in a BPO company, I already know how to handle different types of people especially in handling there different attitudes. The main reason why I love working to this industry is because it allows me to learn more about how you could properly address member and talk to them and make them happy and satisfied after the call. The main reason why I apply to this job is that the salary in the company is not enough to provide my daily and family needs when it comes to salary. I'm the eldest daughter of my parents that have a 7 daughters. I'm a breadwinner to my family that's the reason why I really need to have this job especially it allows me to work at home. So if you allow me to work with your company I really do my best to work hard and follow all the instructions properly with love and care to my job.
