Currently employed in government service with skills on technical writing, economic and sectoral analysis. With intermediate knowledge on finance and business with focus on macroeconomic applications mostly on investment programming and budgeting in a macro-scale. I have prepared several discussion papers and articles in my line of work. I also worked on a feasibility study of establishing an autonomous region in the Philippines (The study focused on several aspects of operating a region from financial sustainability, required staffing pattern in consideration of proposed institutional changes, estimated subsidies coming from national sources and forecasting internally generated funds of the proposed set-up.) I also handled several key projects including a regional Pulse Survey on the same topic and preparation of key agency outputs including Regional Development Plans and Regional Development Investment Programs. I also serve as resource speaker during feasibility study preparations and project development trainings to provincial governments.
