I was born and raised in Cebu and graduated from City Central National High School in April 2019. After graduation, I didn't have the opportunity to work or continue my studies for personal reasons. However, I eventually started my career in the BPO industry at 96 Group Back Office, working on an online casino account. It was a positive experience for me as it was my first job, but I made the difficult decision to resign when I discovered that the company's operations were illegal.
Following that, I applied at TechMahindra and worked as a customer service associate in a retail account for six months. Wanting to further my growth, I resigned from that position and joined InTouch as a technical service representative for a seasonal contract with Netflix. After the contract ended, I moved on to OP360, where I worked in a law firm setting for nine months. Seeking to enhance my communication skills, I d----------- to resign from OP360 as it was a non-voice account and am now actively looking for a voice account role to continue my professional development.
