I am a highly motivated person, with a passionate curiosity. Started my professional experience from being a customer service representative for 2 years and have made my way to become a reports analyst and program manager under TELUS International Philippines while gaining experience as Workforce Specialist, Realtime Analyst, Program Coordinator, and General Administration along the way. I have developed a niche in data analysis and reporting. This has developed my skills in keen observation to details while my past experience as a customer service representative has developed my communication skills to both customer and clients alike, while being able to work as a team with my peers in operations.
