Working online since 2015 as an Order Fulfillment Associate and Customer Service representative for a global brand specializing in flip-flops, sandals, boots, and other accessories. The company is based in Los Angeles, California, USA, and I support their North American and Canadian wholesaler clients.
My primary responsibilities include: creating purchase and sales orders using SAP, supply chain coordination, end-to-end orders management (i.e. checking of stock availability and price discrepancies, backorder tracking, order changes or cancellation, tracking of shipments, up to post-sales issues such as returns and short/lost shipment claims), and answering inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders via email or chat.
Before becoming an online freelancer, I worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Philippines for nearly 10 years, providing high-quality and efficient Customer Service to various clients, primarily from the U.S. and Australia. I also have extensive experience in the supply chain process, having served as a Team Leader for over 2 years at an international IT distribution company.
