I have 5 years of experience in the BPO healthcare industry. I have been providing customer service, patient coverage and eligibility, as well as claims status to the provider that is calling.
I also worked as an intake coordinator initiating an authorization for different services such as medical, surgery, DME, BH, pharmacy, etc.
