To summarize, my roles include:
Project Manager - making sure that project deliverables are met on time and remove blockers that hinders the project progress as needed
ServiceNow business analyst - requirements gathering and solutions proposal to business users
Functional Testing - monitoring of the application under test ensuring that any errors that arise are raised on time to the developers with clear details. Creating and tracking of defects up to its closure. Integrating or deploying defect fixes and software requirements into the application under test. Performs regression testing.
Experienced in creating test cases for testing functional requirements for both mobile and web applications.
I also created an automation tool, as a self initiative, using Java and Selenium framework that has helped my team minimize some of the assigned work.
I also had the opportunity to be deployed onshore for a total of 9 months to become the testing coordinator in Germany for one of my projects, facing clients and also facilitating knowledge transfer to them.
