I'm an Executive Sales Assistant with 3+ years of experience and also a 2 years of experience in customer service, I will help you by processing your orders and tracking shipments to ensure they arrive on time. I will handle all backend projects while collaborating with our team, sales executives, vendors, and account managers to provide excellent customer support. I'm also responsible for assisting you in developing long-term connections with our clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
VIRTUAL SALES ASSISTANT
* Responsible for providing customers with product pricing, features, and availability information.
* Responsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities.
* Responsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data to prepare sales presentations.
* Responsible for documenting all order-related activities in various systems.
* Responsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders.
* Ensure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. .
* Responsible for providing general customer service to clients and vendors.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* Review Submitted Orders for properly formatted artwork, completeness, accuracy, delivery timeline, and acceptable margin. Any job found to be non-compliant should be returned to pending and the Sales Representative should be notified immediately by Job Tracker e-mail detailing the issue that must be resolved so the job may be processed.
* Create and Send Purchase Order (s) and Artwork to Vendor (s) (Alert Accounting and Sales Representative Immediately if unable to process an order due to Past Due Balance or Credit Limit Exceeded by Job Tracker e-mail)
* Generate Packing Slips and Backorders as needed
* Responsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders.
* Edit Follow-up Date and Job Tracker with detailed notes as needed so anyone viewing the Job Tracker is well-informed and understands the current state of the job.
