I have over two and a half years of experience in the BPO industry, handling international accounts and voice services.
My first role was with VXI-PH as a sales associate, where I utilized CRM Salesforce for upselling telecommunications products and managing complex billing inquiries. My next role was with EXL Service Philippines as a travel counselor, where I was responsible for booking business travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and Amtrak. Additionally, I completed various administrative tasks and am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and other tools.
