I'd describe myself as driven and motivated by a task, and I actually do better under pressure. My interpersonal abilities have enabled me to successfully manage a variety of situations, and I believe this is one of my strengths when it comes to problem handling and resolution.
I have been in the radio industry for 4 years with a position as a news anchor and music/program director. My nature of work involves building rapport and relationship with the people around me which I believe is the key for a good and effective work environment.
