I am a twenty-four (24) year old with enough knowledge on how to be a gem to a business. Working in a BPO indusrty for almost three (3) years is my edge. I handled Telco accounts such as Sprint and AT&T. I had been in billing,retention,costumer service. I have an outstanding communication skills and I do have a decent knowledge with Microsoft,Excel, and PowerPoint. I am a graphic designer as well. When all those qualities combined you will surely know that you hired a good candidate.
