We verify their address, ask for the expected price, check if they are expecting a lower amount than Zillow, then we will be setting a call appointment with the boss, putting it in podio, and from there their transaction begins.
I worked as a Real Estate Property Management Tenant Onboarding Specialist for almost 3 years. I answer email and phone inquiries about an available or vacant property, schedule viewings between the prospective tenants and the viewing agents. Follow up after the viewing if they want to push through with their applications the assist with their paper and schedule a move in.
I have worked as an appointment setter for solar panels, SEO, health, life, and business insurance. I also did customer service and tech support for a BPO company for 5 years.
I am system-ready. I have two laptops; the other one serves as an extra. I also have a monitor for dual-screen purposes. PLDT is my main line, and Globe is my second one.
I have been in this industry for quite some time already, and I think being in love with the job that you are doing makes me where I am today.
