· Service Delivery Lead/Senior Service Delivery Analyst
· Operational point of translating client requirements and agreements into production activities.
· Maintains service level agreements (SLAs) and ensures alignment with client expectations
· Maintains regular reporting to provide visibility to the client
· Internal contact for the overall production support management.
· Responsible for the management of specified supervisory teams, tracking of overall center efficiency, keeping updated on product information, and identifying and tracking improvement and value-added opportunities
· Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
· Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
· Ensures development and quality assurance teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, facilitates meetings, and eliminates team impediments.
· L2 Production Support
· Handles i----------- management, application flow, configuration, scheduling control, system health, and hands-on support for the transition of new services into the production environment.
· Manages deployment changes and post review in UAT and Prod
· Works with development, testing, and production support teams to support and maintain multiple applications from UAT and Production environments
· Performs continuous enhancements based on the client's requirements
· Creates scripts involving medium to complex Oracle concepts as requested by the client
· Creates elaborate design process flows and test documentation
