I am an expert virtual assistant with over 5 years of experience in executive assistant, sales and marketing role.
I am from the beautiful island of Palawan, Philippines.
I have a strong communication, negotiations, sales and marketing skills set. I offer various services such as cold calling, appointment setting, scheduling, administrative support and I am proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and project management software like Trello. I’ve helped many companies in various field, from hospitality, tourism, government administration, engineering and architecture to real estate industry closing deals through my services. I’ve worked with Christina Schildt, a realtor based in California as a real estate VA for a year and a half. I was also tasked to keep my boss' personal schedule in sync with her work calendar, use CRM, doing outbound calls, responding to inquiries over the phone, answering emails, chats and texts messages. After 3 months working with her, I was able to hire and train people doing virtual assistance for the company and helped the company expand in a short period of time.
I am also a freelance artist for more than 15 years now.
I do mural painting and commissioned art for restaurants, commercial spaces and residential spaces. I have been doing a lot of digital art for the last 5 years in making digital marketing materials for different platforms. I’ve worked with NOMNOM as a Chief Operating Officer and created all of their physical and virtual presence, from their logo, food packaging, merch, branding, social media platforms and even their interior and exterior design for their newly constructed building in Puerto Princesa City.
