I started my CSR career way back in Dec 2021. I worked at Utavi Corp, which is a Financial account. My duties and responsibilities as a CSR is taking outbound calls. I am calling businessmen, offering them additional capital for their businesses. I will gather all vital information, and once qualified, I will transfer them to our funding manager to get them to approve. With this account, I can was able to help businessmen who must recover from a covid pandemic that affects their income and be back to their growing business. Year 2022 I worked as a Record retrieval representative at Peak outsourcing, My duties and responsibilities here are very different from my previous work at Utavi. Of course, I was taking outbound calling; however, with a different LOB, this is a Healthcare account. I am retrieving medical records and contacting the facility to obtain medical records or legal documents that will be used for legal purposes. Aside from retrieving records, we are also paying invoices and retrieving billing, insurance, and school records. What is unique about this LOB is you are representing on behalf of a law firm. Also, the knowledge and the challenges of how to retrieve records and the convincing power to inform the facility of the urgency of the documents that we are requesting and to be able to help client that need those medical records for claims and insurance also legal matter. My current CSR experience was with Record Retrieval Solution, I have been working with them for almost 1year and 4months. My duties and responsibilities was I worked on with client concerns. Most of our clients are from a law firm, they are inquiring about the process and also update with regards to their medical and billing requests that will be used for legal purposes and litigation. Also I assist with basic troubleshooting in terms of company portal and unpaid invoices. I also manage to do Data Entry for HIPAA authorization and submitted to CRM or facility to process request. Also I worked on emails and phone inquiries from facilities and client. Suppose you are going to ask why I am applying to your company.
