I've worked in the Call Centre industry for over 5 years. I have worked with people all over the world, most notably US, CA and AU; among the skills I've applied in the field is being keen to details. Communication is another a huge part in which I have honed to understand and speak.
Most notable skill I want to share while working among the top companies I've been with is confidentiality and integrity; I wouldn't be able to reach where I am now without it.
