Hi I have been a Customer Service Representative since 2006,wherein i have been with Internet Service Providers and Telco such as At&t, Time Warner Cable and Virgin Mobile. After Pandemic my current company got me to another project which was a back office healthcare account. After the contract I was moved to another ISP this time as an IDO/WFM which is my function as of this writing. I mainly do real time monitoring for our agents who scribes encounters since this is a helthcare account. I do reporting as to the performance of the account wherein we use excel and other tools that would generate end of day performamce reports.
