My experiences involved implementation of a foreign-funded (GIZ) project here in the Philippines. I have an experience in the implementation and monitoring of a project. Also, I was assigned in the organization and facilitation of workshops, local technical working group meetings, and support the preparation of targeted local policy instruments particularly in relation to local governance mechanism and strengthening field offices. Additionally in my most recent job as a Lead Manager, my role involves cold calling self-storage owners who might be interested in selling their facilities for my self-storage investor client. This role also includes skip tracing the owners and input the information to the CRM.
