With over 17 years of extensive experience in the IT sector, I am a seasoned professional well-versed
in a spectrum of technical disciplines. My expertise encompasses hardware and software
troubleshooting, installation, network administration, and the implementation of robust network
security processes and procedures. I am adept at managing Windows Server environments,
including WIndows Server 2018 and 2012 Active Directory, Windows DNS, and DHCP services.
My capabilities extend to configuring and maintaining network firewalls, with proficiency in Fortinet,
Sophos, and Cyberoam UTM Firewall solutions. Currently, I excel in my role as an IT Team Lead,
where I skillfully manage a dedicated team of eight, comprising IT administrators and network
administrators. I am responsible for overseeing the Management Information System's (MIS) daily
operations, which includes liaising with vendors and overseeing the procurement of IT devices and
equipment. My leadership ensures seamless, efficient, and secure IT operations within our
