I am an IT professional with 17 years of experience in networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. I started my career in technical support and progressed into network administration after earning my Cisco CCNA, eventually working as a Senior Network Administrator.
During the pandemic, I expanded my skill set into cloud and information security, focusing on Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity operations. I hold multiple security certifications, including Fortinet NSE 1 & 2, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
Since 2021, I have worked in IT security roles where I monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, support security compliance, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and plan and execute phishing simulations.
Currently, I work as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist focused on patch management, network security, and system administration. I am experienced in supporting remote environments and working with international clients.
