I previously worked in BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for a year and now I am taking a risk to find my luck being in Freelancing field.
I handled Financial Account for 10 months with US based clients, Also handled Healthcare account for 3 months with California based clients.
I am a fast learner person, I can easily adopt to new work environment. Can do multi tasking to save time but work with quality to provide good service to customer and clients. Also very flexible to any working schedule, knowledgeable to Microsoft office, Teams, Slack, Google.
And I always have this mindset to be very open to learn new things that will enhance my knowledge and skills to do the job properly.
