I studied BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management major in Tourism. I continued my studies in Canada where I took up a Post-graduate Degree in Culinary Arts and graduated with honors. I was a Junior Sous Chef at Local Public Eatery in Canada. I was working on a promotion to become a Sous Chef before I left. Part of my job was to recruit, screen, and interview candidates. I was also in charge of overseeing kitchen operations, training candidates, checking of inventory, and manage employees. My previous employments as a Line Cook and Sales Associate helped me develop my interpersonal skills, better appreciation of cultural differences, and great management skills which made it easier for me to handle management roles and handling candidates.
