I am Louie Corral, an HR practitioner since 2016. My work experiences most likely involved Employee Relations, Coaching, Administrative Hearings, issuance of NTE up to Notices of Decisions, Yes this HR Facet took much of my time during my duty hours, but it impacted a lot on creating a positive environment, I experienced and seen Administrative Hearing are not just for Disciplinary move but rather a chance make amends for what was "unsaid thoughts of employees", Happy, contented and valued employees are more productive, imagine a day or a week that employees has a renewed dedication to work.
I also have experience in the recruitment process, from simple postings to Job Fairs to conducting newly hired orientation.
