My role is all about providing professional and efficient customer service as guided by a defined process and procedure by utilizing our tools and systems within the assigned functions or scope of work. Before I got my current job, I also have a background in Contracts management and drafting where my role includes contract preparation using existing templates, gathering supporting documentations, and contracts analysis to ensure accurate capture of contracts terms and conditions until documents are client ready.
