• Prepares end-of-year financial statements and tax returns of Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and Self-managed Superannuation funds.
• Prepares working papers and journalise end of year adjustments.
• Prefills and completes tax returns via Xero XPM.
• Prepares end of year letter of advice and reviews collated Annual Reports to be sent out to client.
• Provides tax planning strategies to all clients before the end of the financial year.
• Builds structure diagram for each client group to understand fully the client’s background and taxation.
• Prepares and lodge Business Activity Statements, Instalment Activity Statements, PAYG Instalments, Payroll Tax, Single Touch Payroll Finalisation, Fringe Benefits Tax and TPAR.
• Oversees and manages high-value client’s tax compliance.
• Collaborates with external accountants, consultants, financial planners, and auditors to provide collective and strategic advice to clients.
• Assists clients with ATO correspondence, queries, and audits.
• Proactively do tax research, stay up to date on federal budget changes and monitor updates on proposed legislations.
• Provides support to tea-----------mbers resolving issues or questions.
• Expert on xero bookkeeping such as bank reconciliation, cash coding, AR & AP functions, manual journals, and payroll.
• Knowledgeable on Admin functions such as TFN, ABN, GST, and other tax registrations. ASIC, Entity setup, client onboarding and etc.
