I am working on a telco account. I received inbound calls and do outbound calls as well if necessary. I collect payment and post it on our system. I read customers bill, specially when customer ask why they are on past due or why the bill got higher. I also offer a plan and product to the customer.i do sales, i explained as well the details of the promotion and the eligibility to qualify. I do trouble shooting as well. On my 2nd account on fubotv streaming. I am the one who help them subscribe and help them understand the details of their package. I collect payment and read their bill as well. I do webform and sms,i reply to their emails as well.i managed customers account. I use tools like citrix, outlook,zoom,max,we use cc, and many more. I have work as a cashier as well i do cash reconcilation before and refiller/checker that do the inventory. I mostly work on sales,and wprk that computer operated. I have also work as sales in customer phasing set up.i do hardselling, offering products with a customer personally,negotiate and close tha sale.
