For more than 10 years at Octagon Computer Superstore, I worked my way up to Officer-in-Charge, where I managed staff, handled store operations, and provided hands-on technical support for computers and devices. This role sharpened my skills in team leadership, inventory management, and troubleshooting while also teaching me the importance of efficiency and attention to detail in every task.
Currently, I’m working overseas at Jarir Bookstore in Saudi Arabia as a Sales/Technical staff. Here, I continue to serve customers, provide product demonstrations, manage stock levels, and resolve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience. My work has trained me to stay adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in fast-paced environments.
