I have been working for the biggest bank in the US for 8 years now. For my first 7 years in the company, I have worked as a customer service representative assisting Consumer and Business Banking clients over the phone. Over the years I have honed my experience with providing excellent customer service that greatly contributed to our company being seen as a trusted bank for our customers. Last year I was promoted to another line of business dedicated to our high net worth clients, wherein I now provide high class and the same excellent customer service by catering to their time sensitive money movement requests which they send over through email or call in directly through their Private Bankers , who are our partners at the job.
