Meeting the client’s given target under our Transaction process on a daily basis together with being the appointed SME support for the team. Monitoring the performance of the team to meet the clients business needs.
- Clearing the workload given on a daily basis through our transaction process and making sure to meet quality and productivity.
- Manage the workload to ensure an even distribution of responsibilities and tasks.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
-Responsible for creating reports for the team by working with clients to meet the business needs.
- Supporting the team with process knowledge gaps, questions and any other work related issues and concerns.
