• End user support and issue management for Corporate Applications technology solutions in run-state, applying judgement to differentiate process-related questions from technical issues
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, actively seeking alignment for execution
• Support user setup process in the various BlackLine modules and other Corporate Applications according to details on access request forms submitted or online tool
• Assist with the management of tools interfaces, settings, and ongoing maintenance
• Ability to adjust shifts to ensure adequate user support schedule during pre and post close weeks of quarter close periods
• Ensure all user access adheres to CIA and SOX compliance requirements
• Perform controls both detective in nature and those required for SOX compliance
Facilitate reports development required by SOX and key SOX control signoffs
Ensure that all documents are kept current and communicated or made available to the users as necessary
• Assist team with evidence collection for annual CIA audits
• Support the Run Team with ongoing expansion and enhancements
Monitor, test, and document all upgrades
Assist with performance and regression testing on break-fixes & enhancements
• Maintain and enhance Global Support Desk and Service Management
• Assist in organizing and participating in Local Admin Trainings
Assist with special projects as necessary to support continuous business growth
