I'm Hanie Lyn Alaban, but you can simply call me Hanie. At 24 years old, I've completed two years of college in Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Previously, I spent three years in the BPO industry, excelling as a chat support agent. My primary responsibilities involved appointment scheduling and addressing customer inquiries. I'm proud to say that I consistently ranked among the top agents in our program and received praise from my team leader.
