As a Technical Support I managed to troubleshoot hardware problem from other branches, I troubleshoot computer, printer, POS, CCTV. I can also configure basic networking, but I also have knowledge about using Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, I want to explore and improve my skill by having a knowledge about virtual assistant so that I can improve my skills in other way of learning.
