Loan & Mortgage Operations:
Preparation of Initial Disclosures, Loan Estimates (LE), Locked LEs, and Closing Disclosures (CD) in compliance with TRID regulations
Loan document review, verification, and quality control according to AUS guidelines
Loan funding coordination, post-closing procedures, MERS transfers, and loan labeling
Experience with DocMagic, lender portals, and ARIVE for document management
Financial & Administrative Management:
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations, cash management, and expense replenishment
Preparation of vouchers, OBRs, PPMP-PR, and other financial documentation
Tracking, classifying, and uploading documents into corporate imaging repositories
Maintaining accurate records in databases and MS Excel trackers
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborating with borrowers, escrow, title, loan processors, underwriters, and tea-----------mbers
Document tracking, workflow management, and reporting support
Training and guiding tea-----------mbers on processes and reconciliation procedures
Technical & Analytical Skills:
