I'm a college graduate in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management and I started working in the Human Resource industry before I graduated college last 2018 during my internship I worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer for 2 years which I was in charge of sourcing, pre-qualifying, processing, and deployment.
As I graduated college, the Company where I took my internship absorbed me and hired me as an HR Admin Assistant and was in charge of the end-to-end process of recruitment and sales which I got experience where I am conducting training, seminars, and also contract signings.
At the next Company where I got employed, I was hired as an HR Employee Relations for almost 2 years and I was in charge of managing recruitment, including keeping the employees 201 and 202 files organized, payroll system, keeping our employees updated with all the DOLE announcements (sending memorandums), conducting training and seminars to keep everything in proper order, accommodating all i-----------, addressing the call-outs, preparing the i----------- reports and NTE's, and counseling for our employees.
As for my employment, I got hired as an HR Manager which only took almost 3 months. During my employment, I handled everything - meeting with clients, preparing contracts, recruitment end-to-end process, payroll system (time-keeping, salary computation, distributing pay slips, and salary deposits), conducting orientations, and being in charge of employee relations.
I believe in myself that I am effective as a Human Resource in any aspect based on my experience which I have proved along the way working with my career.
I hope you find my application interesting and give me a chance to prove myself more.
Thank you!
