• Managing the filing of documents related to nurses, ensuring that they are organized and kept confidential. Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
• Responding to emails and handling incoming calls to screen and direct them as needed.
• Managing contracts with nursing facilities across the United States, including recruiting talented CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to deploy in our accredited facilities.
• Ensuring that all required documents for the candidates are complete and kept organized and confidential before assigning them to the facility.
• Assisting candidates with the onboarding process and managing their payment. Ensuring that the candidates adhere to their shift schedules.
