The DM Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the IT Demand Managers.
This includes using formal techniques and system tools to predict and plan future demand
across the organization. DM Analyst may also be called upon to provide subject matter
expertise in specific Demand Management service offerings such as IT Intake processes. They
may also be called upon to deliver and coordinate distinct intake requests to support the
program or IT project delivery in addition to supporting overall adherence to standards and
processes within the intake delivery life cycle and governance framework. This includes but is
not limited to: technical implementation of client programs, site builds, data center migrations,
network and firewall setup, and integration of SaaS cloud partner configurations.
