I am an architect with more than 3 years of cumulative work experience in the AEC industry. Mostly of my exposure are gathered under real estate companies working under varying roles such as masterplanning, special sustainability projects, interior design, renovation, and construction management. To further my knowledge in the construction industry, I took up a COSH certification during the pandemic. Best believe that the most important resource in the workplace is respect and the practice of “all brains in the game” mantra which means to value all contributions by anyone as a way to gain an inclusive work environment which for me is also deemed essential for the success of a project.
