-Performs end-to-end processing from timekeeping, encoding, processing, validation up to submission of bank summaries.
-Computes and releases last pay for separated employees.
-Consolidation of SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth contributions.
-Monitoring of government posting (Loan & Contribution) monthly.
-Certifying/submitting employee government loans (SSS Salary/Calamity Loan and Pag-Ibig Salary/Calamity Loan)
-Processes Maternity and Sickness benefit claims.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that you won't have a hard time contacting me. In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for a job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
