• Act as Sales & Marketing for online shops and pages.
• Handles company online shops (Shopee, Tiktok) and product pages (Twins Lampein Baby Diaper, Super Twins Baby Diaper, Grand Adult Diaper, Sisters Napkin and Liners, Fasclean Detergent Powder, Cherub Baby Wipes)
• For online shops: creates promotions, handles return/refund, stocks update, etc.
• Answers queries and solve complaints regarding product defects and incomplete item received.
• Communicates to area coordinators and distributors for product delivery, replacement, etc.
• Reports directly to the company Vice President.
