I have been in the BPO industry since 2009 and I have handled several lines of business including sales, collections, medical insurance, and customer service. Over the years of working, I have gained several skills which I am positive will be a great help as I embark on this new endeavor, being a virtual assistant. Part of being in the BPO industry was I have worked with different people from different departments. I learned to enhance my management and people skills. Most of all, the entire experience in the BPO industry made me more efficient, effective, and eager. I can't wait to work with my first client as a VA/Med VA.
