I've been in the call center industry for almost 7 years, worked as a collections agent for one year and six months and as a customer service representative for the remainder at Genpact Services LLC and Sykes Asia LTD. Been awarded one of the top performers for several times and I always make sure to meet our client's goal for every metric that is handed out. I've always motivated myself to be the best of the team or at least to be at par with the members. I'm willing to work as a team or work individually if needed. I'm also knowledgeable in different MS Office applications that includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, also have a background on Adobe Photoshop and Software installation since I graduated as an IT.
