I have been in the Learning and Development Industry for 9 years and had the chance to manage and spear-head various customer service and technical accounts of the companies I have been with. As a trainer, I was in charge of facilitating learning sessions as well as developing new learning materials for anything related to communications and product-specific training. I had constant exposure to both front liners and clients of the business, delivering training, generating reports, and assessing needs in order to positively contribute to the company.
