Drive process improvement initiatives and provide training that improves efficiency and skills for individuals and the team. Lastly , Problem-solving and decision making, proactively identify issues and resolutions using root-cause analysis techniques to prevent recurrence. Ability to make a sound decision based on feedback and factual data.
