I am currently a Team Leader/Country Lead for a Telecommunications company in Australia. I helped on building company culture, processes and reports to help on determining performance of members and the teams. I have an experience also on recruitment as I have recruited IT engineers for my team in the previous company. From filtering resumes/CVs to onboarding, and have experienced a little bit of finance working with Finance in my previous work. Also helped on automating hiring and purchase requisitions through SharePoint.
